How do I enroll in 4-H?

  1. Browse the Club List, and speak with your local Extension Office staff about which 4-H club might be a good fit for your family. Clubs usually meet once a month during the school year.
  2. Browse the Project List and look for projects that spark your interest! Usually, we recommend that new 4-H members choose just one project. Project work mostly takes place in the spring and summer.
  3. Enroll online at co.4HOnline.com. For step-by-step directions, refer to the Tip Sheet for Enrollment.
  4. Make sure to read the monthly newsletter and the Family Handbook as you learn about 4-H!

You will probably have lots of questions as you get started. We invite you to contact the CSU Extension Office at (970) 641-1260, or to stop by our office at the Fred Field Western Heritage Center (275 South Spruce St.) in Gunnison.
